Product Features:
It is used to filter impurities from the oil at the suction port of the oil pump, in order to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, effectively controlling contamination in the hydraulic system and improving the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The filter is directly immersed in the oil in the oil tank and connects to the oil pump suction port via threaded pipes or flanges. It is divided into mesh and gap-type filtering structures, which have the characteristics of high oil flow capacity, low resistance, simple piping, and easy cleaning.
Product Advantages:
1. Used for high-pressure sections, medium-pressure sections, return oil sections, and suction oil sections.
2. Divided into high, medium, and low precision levels. 2-5um is high precision, 10-15um is medium precision, and 15-25um is low precision.
3. For the finished product dimensions of the compression filter element, the filter area is increased, and the filter layer is generally folded into a corrugated shape, with the height of the folds in hydraulic filter elements generally below 20mm.
4. The hydraulic filter element withstands a pressure difference generally between 0.35-0.4MPa, but some special filter elements require withstanding high pressure differences, requiring up to 32MPa or even 42MPa, equivalent to system pressure.
5. Operating temperature, some require reaching up to 135°C.
