UNICON V100 unbalanced single-seat control valves and V200 balanced cage-guided control valves are mainstream regulating valve solutions designed for precise flow, pressure and temperature control in industrial process systems. Manufactured strictly per ASME B16.34 standard, the two series cover low, medium and ultra-high differential pressure working conditions, widely applied in petrochemical industry, thermal power plants, water treatment, HVAC, fine chemical, oil & gas industries.
The V100 single-seat valve features a simple unbalanced plug structure, excellent tight shut-off capacity and low overall cost. Without complicated balance components, this model realizes Class VI bubble-tight shutoff, perfectly meeting process requirements that need both regulation and emergency cut-off.

V200 cage-guided balanced control valve adopts pressure balance structure on the top and bottom of the plug. The medium pressure counteracts each other, drastically lowering the thrust requirement of the pneumatic or electric actuator, avoiding valve vibration and instability under high differential pressure.

No welding or locking screws are arranged inside the valve body and bonnet, so users can replace inner trim without detaching the whole valve from the pipeline, greatly shortening maintenance downtime.
