The OR series coolers range from 60 to 1200 models with a flow rate of 60L/min to 1200L/min, a weight of 8.5kg to 72kg, and a heat exchange area of 0.26m2 to 4.4m2. They use a multi-tube design, providing a large heat transfer area, good heat transfer tubes, no oil leaks, and easy assembly. They are resistant to pollution and suitable for cooling dirty and high-viscosity oils, as well as for heat exchange between water to water and water to gas.
Product Advantages:
1. The leakage prevention test 'holding pressure for five minutes' under a pressure of 30 kilograms of oil has a testing standard that exceeds the industry standard by more than double.
2. There is a dedicated cooling efficiency testing station, and self-testing for various product specifications has already been completed to ensure cooling efficiency; cooling efficiency is determined by the total heat dissipation area constituted by the number of copper pipes inside the cooler.
3. Copper pipes with a purity of over 99.96% are used, which have higher thermal conductivity compared to other lower purity copper pipes.
Notes on the use of OR series coolers:
1. This cooler is only suitable for freshwater; seawater requires special customization. The oil inlet and outlet of the cooler can be freely determined, and the flow direction of the oil itself is unrestricted. However, the water inlet must enter from below and exit from the upper outlet.
2. Higher pressure: oil side 10kg/cm2, water side 7kg/cm2.
3. During seasons when freezing of cooling water may occur, water should be drained from the cooler when not in operation.
4. Clean the cooling tubes (copper tubes with an inner diameter) every six months, and the water side of the cooler (limited to the inner side of the heat transfer tubes) approximately every four months or half a year to remove scale, in order to maintain good cooling efficiency. When using high viscosity oil, the amount of oil should be kept equal to the amount of water to ensure good cooling effect.
5. The temperature difference between the water inlet and the oil inlet must not exceed 80°C. Food and chemical products cannot be used.
