Product Advantages:
1) Due to the absence of lateral forces between the piston and the swing cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed for static pressure balance, and torque is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft through rolling bearings, all of which reduce friction loss during the transmission process. Therefore, the CM series hydraulic motors have high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (with a mechanical efficiency of over 0.92 at startup).
2) The flat distributor is simple and reliable, improving sealing performance, which results in good low-speed stability and minimal leakage. The piston and swing cylinder are sealed with plastic piston rings ensuring no leakage, leading to high volumetric efficiency (up to 0.98).
3) By structurally reducing friction loss and improving sealing performance, the hydraulic motor maintains good low-speed stability, can operate smoothly at 1 r/min, and has a wide speed adjustment range (with a speed adjustment ratio of up to 1000).
4) Since the piston and bearing sleeve are tightly secured without gaps through the snap ring, this series of hydraulic motors can operate in pump conditions. When the oil inlet is closed, the motor can run at high speed in a freewheeling state.
5) This series of hydraulic motors can handle high pressure, with a maximum pressure reaching up to 45 MPa. They are lightweight, compact, and powerful.
