Customized Round Fuel Tanks, Round Fuel Stations, Assembly of Specific Models, Customization of Different Models of Pump Stations

1. Content and Validity

This document describes the general principles for assembling the round oil station. Depending on the different models of the pump station, the sizes of some connectors, pipes and hoses may vary. Therefore, for specific models, one should carefully check against the drawings and the parts list.

2. General Principles:

1. The sealing rings and threads of the plug-in valves must be cleaned with compressed air and lubricated with hydraulic oil.

2. All stainless steel connectors must be cleaned with MA-4000 and coated with Loctite 577.

3. The O-rings must be lubricated with petroleum jelly.

4. The pipes used on the oil tank must be seamless pipes.

5. All connectors must be tightened according to the data in PMC-0358.

6. The manufacturing of the pipes is not covered in this document.

3. Before Installation

• Check for faults and defects in all components.

• Verify the part numbers of the components against the determined parts list.

• The valve block must be cleaned with compressed air.
