Hydraulic oil
When using environmentally friendly hydraulic oil, it is necessary to consider that this oil may cause a reduction in the working parameters of the pump. If it is necessary to use it, please contact our technical department.
The working viscosity range is designed to achieve the best efficiency and lifespan. We recommend selecting the working viscosity (at the operating temperature) within the following range: v.. Optimal working viscosity 16... 36 mm's
Related to the temperature of the fuel tank (open fuel circuit).
The limit of the viscosity range. The maximum viscosity value is: 10 mm? /s
For a short period, at the maximum allowable oil leakage temperature of 90°C
1000 mm/s for a short period
Cold start
Temperature range (please refer to the selection diagram) =-259C
=+90C
Precautions when selecting the working oil fluid
Precautions for Selecting Hydraulic Oil To select the correct hydraulic oil, it is necessary to know the relationship between the working temperature of the oil in the tank (for open circuits) and the ambient temperature.
The hydraulic oil must be chosen to ensure that the working viscosity of the oil is within the optimal range V (see the shaded area in the selection chart) at the working temperature. It is recommended to select the highest possible viscosity grade for each application.
Note: The temperature of the leaking oil (shell leakage) is affected by the pressure and speed of the system and is always higher than the oil temperature in the tank. However, the maximum temperature at any point in the system must not exceed 90°C.
If the above conditions cannot be met due to extreme working conditions or excessive ambient temperature, please consult us.
Installation Instructions
The installation position can be chosen at will. During the trial operation, the system must be filled with oil and kept full during operation. To reduce noise, all connection pipes (oil inlet pipe, pressure oil pipe and shell oil discharge pipe) need to be connected with flexible elements and the oil tank. Unidirectional valves must not be installed on the oil discharge pipes of the shell. Special cases must be discussed with us before implementation.
Vertical installation (shaft end upward)
The following installation conditions can be referred to:
1.1 Installed in the oil tank
Before installation, fill the pump body completely and keep it in a horizontal state.
a) When the lowest liquid level of the oil tank is at the same height or higher than the installation flange surface of the pump, open the "L", "L" and "S" ports
b) If the lowest wave surface of the fuel tank is lower than the installation flange surface of the pump, then the "L" and possibly the "S" ports as well as the connecting pipes.
1.2 Installed outside the fuel tank
Before installation, the pump should be placed horizontally and filled with oil.
Limiting conditions:
1.2.1 The minimum inlet pressure of the pump in both static and dynamic conditions is
P = 0.8 bare. Note: To reduce noise, it is advisable not to install the pump above the fuel tank. The allowable suction height h and the total pressure loss are related and must not exceed h = 800mm (the submerged depth of the pipe h). m=200mm)
Lying down
When placed horizontally, the "L" or "L" port should be positioned at the top of the pump. 2.1Installation in the oil tank:
a) When the lowest liquid level of the oil tank is above or at the same level as the top of the pump, the "L", "L" and "S" ports can be open.
b) When the lowest liquid level of the oil tank is lower than the top of the pump, the "L1", "L" ports and possibly the "S" port connection.
2.2 Install outside the fuel tank
Fill the pump body before the trial run. Connect the "S" port and the "L" or "L" port above with pipes.
a) If installed above the fuel tank
b) If installed below the fuel tank
