Automated fluid isolation is the core demand of modern industrial control systems. The MDP JL600-Q1 Pneumatic Flanged Ball Valveis a universal replacement-grade automated ball valve engineered for harsh industrial environments.
Designed to comply with global industrial standards including ISO5211 and API607, this two-way flanged ball valve delivers fast quarter-turn actuation, bubble-tight sealing and broad media compatibility. It is widely deployed in petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemical processing, papermaking, pharmaceutical, water conservancy, power and municipal steel projects. Special degreased versions are available for oxygen piping in metallurgy plants.
The full straight-through bore minimizes fluid resistance and pressure drop. Spring preloaded valve seats automatically compensate for thermal expansion and pressure fluctuation, achieving Class VI zero leakage with PTFE soft seals.
Multi-seal material options cover all working temperatures: PTFE (-20~150℃), PPL high-temperature soft seal (-20~250℃) and metal hard seal (-29~425℃). It handles viscous liquids, fiber suspensions and micro particle fluids without jamming, with self-cleaning ball surface to avoid medium buildup.
Adopts international ISO5211 high mounting platform, interchangeable with all global brands of pneumatic/electric actuators without pipeline modification. Two actuator modes are optional: double-acting (air open & air close) and single spring return (fail-safe normally open / normally closed for emergency cut-off).
Fully compatible automation accessories include 24VDC solenoid valves, explosion-proof limit switches, 4-20mA electro-pneumatic positioners and air filter regulators, supporting DCS centralized remote control and local manual override. The valve integrates fire-safe and anti-static structure, fully meeting API607 and GB/T6899 standards for flammable medium safety.
Valve body supports casting/forging process with 3 material grades: carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel to resist general oil, water, weak acid and strong corrosive chemical liquids.
Low friction ball and stem design reduces opening/closing torque for frequent cyclic operation. Recessed adjustable stem packing eliminates external leakage without full valve disassembly during maintenance. Modular flange structure shortens downtime for seat and ball replacement, greatly cutting plant maintenance costs.
