Structure
1. Integrated compact universal design Adopts identical double-acting & spring return actuator structure for cylinder body and internal parts. On-site conversion can be easily realized by adding/removing springs or replacing end covers, which greatly facilitates field application.
2. Fully compliant with the latest international standards Including ISO5211.1, DIN3337 and V DIV DE3845, etc. Fully compliant with NUWAR standard, with excellent interchangeability. Easy to install and match with solenoid valves, limit switches and other accessories.
3. Double piston fork-type structure design Features compact structure, high torque, fast and stable operation. The steering direction can be simply adjusted via piston modulation mode.
4. Two independent external travel adjustment bolts Enable convenient and accurate adjustment at 0° and 90° positions, ensuring the actuator maintains consistent position with valve at fully open & fully closed status.
5. Composite bearings & guide rings on shaft and piston Ensure precise operation, low friction and long service life.
6. Special shaped sealing ring design between end cover and cylinder barrel Greatly avoid rubber suction phenomenon that frequently occurs in ordinary actuators, improving safety, sealing performance and service life.
7. Load-bearing parts including output shaft, fork arm and stopper block Adopt high-strength alloy steel, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the actuator.
8. Combined pre-compressed spring set Equipped with specially coated springs, suitable for various working conditions, with higher safety and corrosion resistance.
9. Compared with gear & rack actuators VTY actuator improves opening & closing torque, with lighter weight and lower air consumption, thus saving air compressor operation cost.
