MDP VTL-L IP68 waterproof limit switch features die-cast aluminum anti-corrosion housing, serrated anti-vibration cam structure & multiple electrical ports. NAMUR mounting compliant, for valve position signal feedback & stroke limit protection in harsh industrial environments.
The VTL-L waterproof limit switch developed by Wuxi Weitu is engineered for humid, splashing, corrosive outdoor and heavy-duty industrial working conditions. It is specially designed to detect mechanical & valve position, realize stroke limit protection and remote signal transmission automatically.
Rated IP68 waterproof, the switch adopts full internal and external anti-corrosion treatment. It steadily operates within a temperature range of -15°C to 80°C, effectively eliminating common failures including short circuit, signal drift and component rust caused by water ingress, vibration and corrosive media on site. Fully compatible with pneumatic actuators, it serves automated pipeline control systems reliably long-term.
The outer shell is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with powder coating treatment to resist chemical corrosion effectively. The transparent top cover adopts shatter-resistant polycarbonate material to avoid accidental breakage on site.
With IP68 full waterproof rating, the unit supports installation in splashing, fully submerged and open-air scenarios without risk of electric short circuit. Meanwhile, the built-in circuit board undergoes dedicated anti-corrosion processing to extend overall service life.
Equipped with serrated cam locking structure, the limit switch enables highly accurate position adjustment and firm locking. Strong anti-vibration capability prevents position offset even under continuous equipment vibration.
An integrated circuit board simplifies messy internal wiring layout, reducing wiring faults and simplifying assembly work greatly. Red, yellow and green status indicators display valve open/closed states visually at a glance without on-site inspection.
A standard access port for solenoid valve is reserved inside the switch body. Multiple mainstream electrical connection threads are available: ½" NPT, ½" G, M20×1.5, ¾" NPT to match diverse wiring requirements.
It strictly follows international NAMUR mounting standard and can be directly assembled with most standard pneumatic actuators globally. A dedicated mounting bracket is optional for flexible layout adjustment on equipment.
