MDP Hydraulics
The MDP series hydraulic pump station is designed and integrated based on systematic engineering thinking. Its core value lies in providing a ready-to-use, controllable performance, and easy-to-maintain power solution, rather than simply assembling individual components.
• Power and Pumping Module: Based on system requirements, it can be selectively equipped with piston pumps, vane pumps or gear pumps. Quantitative and variable pump options are provided. The variable pump is equipped with load-sensitive or pressure-flow combined control to achieve on-demand energy supply, significantly reducing energy consumption and heat generation.
• Integrated valve assembly and control system: The directional, pressure, and flow control valves are highly integrated onto the valve block with optimized flow channel design, reducing pipeline connections, enhancing reliability, and minimizing leakage risks. The control system can be selected from basic relay logic to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and even intelligent controllers equipped with industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) interfaces, enabling local/remote control, status monitoring, and fault diagnosis.
• Intelligent Thermal Management Unit: The system integrates highly efficient air-cooled or water-cooled oil coolers, which can automatically start and stop according to the oil temperature, ensuring that the hydraulic oil remains within the optimal working temperature range at all times, maintaining the performance of the oil and the stability of the system.
• Customized design and integration: We offer comprehensive customization services, including but not limited to: designing compact or special-shaped units based on your installation space; selecting the optimal oil tank capacity and accessories (level gauges, air filters, heaters) according to the equipment's operating conditions; providing communication interfaces for the host PLC; meeting the explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and low-noise requirements for specific environments.
1. Provide a stable and reliable power core: After rigorous matching calculations and test verification, it ensures that the output pressure and flow are highly stable, providing a solid power foundation for your hydraulic equipment (such as injection molding machines, presses), and guaranteeing processing accuracy and product consistency.
2. Significantly reduce system energy consumption and operating costs: By using efficient motors and variable pump technology, the output power of the pump station closely follows the load demand. Compared to traditional fixed-volume pump systems, it can reduce power consumption by up to 20%-40%, directly reducing long-term operating costs.
3. Save installation space and debugging time: As an integrated unit pre-assembled and tested in the factory, it greatly reduces the workload of installing pipelines on-site and leakage points. The functions have been completed before leaving the factory, and the equipment can be quickly put into operation by connecting the pipelines and power supply on-site, shortening the equipment delivery cycle.
4. Achieve intelligent operation and management: The intelligent control version can monitor key parameters such as system pressure, oil temperature, and filter element blockage status in real time, and display or remotely transmit data through the human-machine interface (HMI). It realizes predictive maintenance to avoid sudden failures and improves equipment management level.
5. Outstanding adaptability and long-term investment protection: The deeply customized feature ensures that the pump station perfectly adapts to specific applications, not only improving the performance of the current equipment, but also ensuring a longer service life and lower failure rate due to its high-quality design and manufacturing, providing customers with excellent life cycle investment returns.
• Plastic machinery: Molding and injection power units for injection molding machines and extrusion machines.
• Metal forming equipment: Power systems of hydraulic presses, bending machines, and shearing machines.
• Test equipment: Loading and control power sources for fatigue testers and material testers.
• Industrial Automation: Mechanical arms, flipping machines, hydraulic drive units for automated assembly lines.
• Special vehicles and construction machinery: Hydraulic power sources for dump trucks, sanitation vehicles, and ship deck machinery.
• Metallurgy and Mining: Hydraulic stations for auxiliary equipment, such as the adjustment device for the rolling line and the power source of the lubrication system.

Q1: How do I select the appropriate hydraulic pump station for my equipment? What parameters do I need to provide?
A1: Please provide the following key information to help us make an accurate selection: 1) The maximum working pressure and flow required; 2) The cycle of equipment operation and the pressure and flow requirements for each stage; 3) The number and specifications of the actuators (cylinders/motors) to be driven; 4) The available installation space dimensions and power supply conditions; 5) Special environmental requirements (such as temperature, humidity, explosion-proof, etc.).
Q2: Compared to the constant-flow pump station, how is the energy-saving effect of the variable-flow pump station? Is the initial investment higher?
A2: In applications with frequent load variations, the variable-flow pump can achieve significant energy savings by "outputting as needed". It usually recovers the initial investment difference through saved electricity costs within a short period (typically 1-3 years, depending on the usage frequency). Our engineers can conduct a detailed return-on-investment (ROI) analysis for you.
Q3: How can your intelligent control pumping stations be connected to my factory network or MES system?
A3: Our intelligent controllers usually come with Ethernet interfaces and support mainstream industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP. We can provide a data point table to facilitate your upper computer system to read the status information of the pumping station and achieve centralized monitoring.
Q4: The hydraulic pump station generates considerable noise during operation. How do you address this issue?
A4: We offer several low-noise solutions: choosing low-noise hydraulic pumps and motors; optimizing the design of the oil tank and using sound-absorbing materials; installing shock-absorbing devices; and recommending the use of low-noise hydraulic oil. Through comprehensive measures, the system noise can be controlled below the customer's specified standards.
Q5: If a malfunction occurs after the pump station is delivered, how can technical support be obtained?
A5: We offer multiple levels of technical support: Firstly, you can conduct a preliminary check by referring to the detailed manual and fault codes; Secondly, we provide professional remote video guidance; For complex issues, we can arrange experienced service engineers to go to the site for handling. Components that are not damaged by human factors during the warranty period will receive free repair or replacement.
