Built with a detachable three-piece stainless steel body and ISO5211 high mounting platform, this electric ball valve features simple maintenance, wide media compatibility and flexible control options. It is widely applied in chemical processing, water treatment, food machinery, hydraulic stations and general industrial automation projects.
The split three-section valve body enables easy disassembly. Users can replace ball and seat seals without removing the entire valve from pipelines, significantly shortening downtime.
Valve body supports casting or forging manufacturing. Multiple internal thread standards are available: BSPT, G thread and NPT thread, matching global piping requirements. Optional connection types include flange, clamp, butt weld and socket weld.
Equipped with PTFE (F) and PPL soft sealing materials, the valve realizes bidirectional pressure resistance and automatic sealing compensation. The spherical surface has self-cleaning capability to reduce sediment buildup. It works steadily with viscous fluid, fiber suspensions and media containing tiny particles.
The design complies with API607 and GB/T6899 fire-safe anti-static standards, meeting safety requirements for flammable working conditions. Two temperature grades are provided: W2 (-20~150℃) and W3 (-20~250℃).
Adopts international ISO5211 high platform, so the electric actuator can be directly interchanged with pneumatic actuator without structural modification.
Multiple control versions are selectable: standard on-off type, integral on-off type, modulating type with 4-20mA signal, and RS485 bus type. Explosion-proof electric actuators are optional for hazardous areas. Supporting accessories include manual override handwheel, positioner and limit switches.
