What components make up a complete custom hydraulic system?

A complete custom hydraulic system consists of five components: power elements, actuating elements, control elements, auxiliary elements and hydraulic oil.

I. Power Components

The function of the hydraulic cylinder power element in the engineering is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. This refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system. The structural forms of hydraulic pumps generally include gear pumps, vane pumps, piston pumps and screw pumps.

II. Actuating Elements

The actuators (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors) in the grinding machine hydraulic station are responsible for converting the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy, thereby driving the load to perform linear reciprocating motion or rotational motion.

III. Control Components

Control elements (such as various hydraulic valves) in the hydraulic system control and regulate the pressure, flow rate and direction of the liquid. According to different control functions, hydraulic valves can be classified as pressure control valves, flow control valves and direction control valves. Pressure control valves include relief valves (safety valves), pressure reducing valves, sequence valves, pressure relays, etc.; flow control valves include throttle valves, regulating valves,and collecting valves， etc.； direction control valves include one-way valves， hydraulic control one-way valves， shuttle valves， reversing valves， etc. According to different control methods， hydraulic valves can be divided into on-off control valves， fixed-value control valves and proportional control valves.

IV. Auxiliary Components

Auxiliary components include fuel tank, oil filter, cooler, heater, accumulator, oil pipes and pipe joints, sealing rings, quick-change joints, high-pressure ball valves, hose assemblies, pressure measurement joints, pressure gauges, oil level indicators, and oil temperature gauges, etc.

V. Hydraulic Oil

Hydraulic oil is the working medium for transmitting energy in hydraulic systems. There are several major types, including various mineral oils, emulsions, and synthetic hydraulic oils.
