MDP Hydraulics
Pump device - It is equipped with a motor and an oil pump. It serves as the power source of the hydraulic station, converting mechanical energy into the power energy of the hydraulic oil.
Integrated module - is composed of hydraulic valves and channel bodies. It regulates the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.
Valve assembly - The plate-type valves are mounted on the upright plate, with the pipes connected behind the plate, and it functions identically to the integrated block.
Oil tank - It is a semi-enclosed container made of steel plates, and it is equipped with oil filters, air filters, etc. It is used for storing oil, cooling the oil, and filtering the oil.
Electrical box - There are two types. One type features a terminal board with external connection terminals; the other type is equipped with a complete set of control electrical components.
The motor drives the oil pump to rotate. The pump sucks oil from the oil pump and then discharges it. It converts mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is regulated in direction, pressure and flow by the integrated block (or valve combination), and then transmitted through the external pipeline to the oil cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic machinery. Thus, it controls the transformation of the direction of the hydraulic mechanism, the magnitude of the force and the speed of the movement, and drives various hydraulic machinery to perform work.
1.Intelligent temperature control system
By installing temperature sensors and an intelligent control system, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is monitored in real time, and the working state of the cooling system is automatically adjusted according to the temperature changes.

The modular design of the hydraulic station enables flexible adjustment of the cooling system configuration to meet various working conditions.
3. Energy-saving Design
In the custom design of the hydraulic station, energy-saving technologies are adopted to reduce the energy loss of the system.
The selected hydraulic components are more resistant to low temperatures.
A domestically produced high-performance piston pump is selected, which is better suited for low-viscosity hydraulic oil.
An oil cooling machine is added to the design, enabling rapid cooling to -20 degrees.
The pressure control is adjusted by an electrical proportional system.
An action servo system is adopted in the design.
