When the custom hydraulic system is operating and the load is too heavy, even though the regulating pressure of the overflow valve has reached its rated value, the hydraulic cylinder still cannot obtain the thrust required for continuous movement and thus does not operate. If the regulating pressure is lower, it will not be able to provide the necessary force to support the load due to insufficient pressure.

The main reason for excessive wear of the piston seal in the custom hydraulic system is due to improper adjustment of the speed control valve. The large hydraulic station has effectively caused excessively high back pressure and improper installation of the sealing components or contamination of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil of the customized hydraulic system flows back to the oil tank through the bypass of the overflow valve. If dirt gets into the overflow valve and blocks the valve core, this will cause the overflow valve to remain open all the time. As a result, the hydraulic oil will effectively flow back to the oil tank through the bypass of the overflow valve, leading to the absence of oil in the hydraulic cylinder.
