BZZ Series
MDP Hydraulics
The BZZ1, BZZ2, and BZZ3 series of full hydraulic steering devices have the following features:
Eliminating the mechanical linkage mechanism can reduce the cost of the main unit, providing a reliable and lightweight structure;
The operation is flexible and effortless; in the case of engine shutdown, emergency manual steering can be achieved; Continuous and stepless control rotation can be performed with a very small torque;
A wide range of options for the control circuit and the size of the main unit are provided;
It can be connected to various steering oil pumps and hydraulic steering systems.
The BZZ5 series load-sensing full-hydraulic steering gear not only possesses the aforementioned features, but also has the following characteristics: Regardless of the magnitude of the load pressure or the speed of the steering wheel rotation, it can prioritize the allocation of corresponding flow according to the requirements of the steering oil circuit, ensuring reliable, sensitive and lightweight steering; The output flow of the oil pump, in addition to supplying the required flow to the steering system, the remaining part can also be used for the auxiliary oil circuit, thereby eliminating the power loss caused by excessive oil supply in the steering oil circuit and improving the system efficiency.
The main components of the steering gear
The main components of the steering gear include the valve core and valve sleeve pair, the neutral spring, the locking pin, the linkage shaft, the partition plate, the fixed and rotating rotor pair, the valve body, the rear cover, and the combined valve sealing components and standard parts.
The functions of each major component are as follows:
Valve core and valve sleeve assembly
Controlling the direction of the oil flow is known as a servo valve.
② Median spring
Ensure the return position function of the rotary valve.
③ Disbursement
Transmit torque and limit the maximum rotation angle of the valve sleeve.
④ Stator and Rotor
Measure the flow rate and, in a stopped state, act as a manual pump.
⑤ Coupling shaft
Transmission torque to maintain the synchronization of the valve oiling and the metering motor.
⑥ Valve body
Provide the oil passage and oil distribution, as well as the valve body as an integrated valve.
⑦ Partition plate
Form axial oil channels and isolated oil chambers with the stator and rotor.
⑧ Rear Cover
Isolate the oil chamber from the stator and rotor.
⑨ Limiting block
Limit the axial position of the coupling shaft.
⑩ Standard parts
Screw - Connects the front cover, rear cover and valve body
Sealing - O-ring, shaft seal, dust seal
Supporting elements - flat bearings, slip rings, retaining rings
3. Common combination valve of the steering gear
The commonly used combination valves of the steering gear mainly include the inlet check valve, the inlet safety valve, the manual steering check valve, the bidirectional overload valve, and the bidirectional oil replenishment valve, etc.
