One, the oil pressure value cannot be guaranteed.

The reason is that the system has suction, and there are many bubbles in the oil tank. Perhaps there is a significant leakage in the overflow valve or the electromagnetic directional valve. The solution: Check if there is oil leakage at the oil suction port of the hydraulic station; Ensure that the pipe joint at the pump suction inlet is tightened; Check if there is leakage from the oil suction filter to the oil pump suction port; Check if the screws at the oil pump end cover are tightened; Clean the valve core of the overflow valve. If the valve core of the overflow valve does not move sensitively in the valve body, hold it with your hand and grind it back and forth inside the valve body; Cleaning the valve core of the electromagnetic directional valve requires that the valve core move sensitively in the valve body to ensure that the valve core is in place during operation.

II. Zero Oil Pressure

The reasons for the brake not releasing and the absence of system pressure: the rotation direction of the oil pump is reversed or the oil pump fails to output liquid; the spool of the overflow valve on the electro-hydraulic proportional equipment is stuck, and the damping holes are blocked; the oil pump's suction port is not unobstructed, and the suction filter is blocked; there is dirt in the pressure valve, and the cone valve cannot close. Solutions: Correct the rotation direction of the pump, eliminate the problems of the oil pump; Disassemble and clean the overflow valve, requiring the spool to move freely within the valve body, use compressed air to clear the damping holes; Clean the filter element, check if the suction pipeline is blocked; Disassemble the pressure valve, remove the cone valve core and clean it.

III. Excessive residual pressure

If the residual pressure is too high, the brake will lose its effectiveness. The main reasons are: the nozzle spacing inside the stopper on the control rod of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating equipment is too small; the exhaust valve's exhaust hole is too large. Solution: Adjust or replace the stopper on the control rod; replace the exhaust hole of the exhaust valve with a smaller diameter one.

II. Zero oil pressure

Four. Oil leakage indicates unstable oil pressure.

After long-term use, there are many leaks between the oil collection path and the valves in the safety braking device. The valves will not loosen due to the drop in oil pressure. The problem can be eliminated by tightening the screws. The reason for the unstable oil pressure in the hydraulic station is that air is mixed in the hydraulic system. It should be removed. Maybe the current filtering of the coil in the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device is not good, and the coil vibrates up and down, causing unstable oil pressure. Installing electrolytic capacitors to enhance filtering is enough.

V. Failure of the pressure-holding function for the 5th and 2nd level braking oil pressure values

The reason for the failure of the secondary braking oil pressure holding function is as follows: The large relief valve on the oil circuit block of the hydraulic station was stolen, and the valve core did not close tightly; The opening degree of the one-way stop valve was too large, resulting in a lot of oil leakage; There were impurities inside the electromagnetic directional valve, causing excessive internal leakage. To address this issue, the valve core can be disassembled for cleaning, ensuring it is in the correct position, and then the opening degree of the one-way stop valve can be adjusted to be as small as possible to achieve the effect of saving the supplementary oil.
