What Are The Precautions for Using The Customized Hydraulic System?

The function of the hydraulic system is to increase the force by altering the pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five components: power elements, actuating elements, control elements, auxiliary elements (accessories), and hydraulic oil. Hydraulic systems can be classified into two types: hydraulic transmission systems and hydraulic control systems. Hydraulic transmission systems mainly function to transfer power and motion. Hydraulic control systems aim to make the output of the hydraulic system meet specific performance requirements (especially dynamic performance). The hydraulic system commonly referred to is mainly the hydraulic transmission system.

(1) Operators must be familiar with the operation procedures of the hydraulic component control mechanism; they should also be aware of the relationship between the rotation directions of the adjustment knobs of each hydraulic component and the changes in pressure and flow rate, and must strictly prevent incorrect adjustments from causing accidents.

(2) Before starting the pump, the oil temperature should be checked. If the oil temperature is lower than 10℃, it is necessary to run it at no-load for more than 20 minutes before loading. If the room temperature is below 0℃ or above 35℃, heating or cooling measures should be taken before starting. During operation, the temperature rise of the oil should be monitored at all times. Under normal operation, the temperature of the oil in the hydraulic system tank should not exceed 60℃; for the hydraulic system or high-pressure system of the programmable control machine, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 50℃; the temperature rise of the precision machine should be controlled below 15℃.

(3) The hydraulic oil should be inspected and replaced regularly. For newly installed hydraulic equipment, the oil tank should be cleaned and new oil replaced approximately 3 months after its initial use. Subsequently, according to the requirements specified in the equipment manual, the oil tank should be cleaned and refilled with new oil every six months or once a year.

(4) During use, it is necessary to pay attention to the working condition of the filter. The filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly.
