PFG is a quantitative external gear pump, with axial hydraulic balance, featuring a simple structure, durability, and low noise. It is suitable for hydraulic oil and synthetic fluids with similar lubrication properties. It has a wide flow range, with displacement from 1.4 to 52 cm³/rev. The maximum pressure can reach 230 bar.

Operation and Maintenance:
Starting the Gear Pump
(1) Check the sealing of all pipeline flanges and joints before starting.
(2) Manually rotate the coupling to ensure there is no friction or collision sound.
(3) Before starting, liquid to be conveyed should be injected into the pump.
(4) Before starting, all suction and discharge valves in the pipeline should be fully opened; it is strictly forbidden to start with valves closed.
(5) After verifying the rotation direction of the motor, start the motor.
Stopping
(1) Turn off the motor.
(2) Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump.
